At San Diego Drums & Totes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your industrial packaging and storage solutions. If your item isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange most products within 30 days of delivery.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
Prepare Your Item
Ensure the product is unused and in its original condition; for safety reasons, drums or totes that have contained liquids or chemicals cannot be returned.
Ship the Package
Securely pack your items and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our San Diego warehouse via your preferred carrier.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days.
